Mood Walks

Research shows significant benefits to mental health with light physical activity. There is also
growing evidence to show that spending time outside in nature also benefits for our mental health.
Mood Walks is a program to put these two things together by encouraging and supporting
participation in light physical activity – walking – out in nature.
