New Parent Circle

The New Parent Circle (NPC) is a wellness group that was launched in April 2023 for new families adapting to parenthood. The group is for patients with infants between the ages of 1-3 months of age navigating their fourth trimester. The NPC is a space for parents/caregivers to connect in person, have their infant weighed, meet our postpartum team (lactation, social work, nursing), and to build relationships with other families in our Family Health Team community.

What to expect: This program runs every month, in-person, and is a 2-part education session lasting about 1.5-2 hours.
