2023 – 2024 Flu Season

Two Rivers Family Health Team will be holding flu vaccination clinics (starting Saturday, October 28, 2023) for patients of Hespeler Medical Clinic and HealthLink Family Practice who are:

• between the ages of 6 months and 2 years or
• 65 years of age or older or
• High Risk.

If you fall into one of the categories above please click here to book your vaccination appointment online.

If you do not fall into one of the categories, please visit your local pharmacy to obtain your flu vaccine.  If you receive your flu vaccine at a pharmacy, please let us know by completing the form in this link.
